Shri Siddharoodha Packers and Movers operates under a defined set of terms and conditions to ensure clarity, efficiency, and smooth service delivery. By availing our services, you agree to the following:
1. Shri Siddharoodha Packers and Movers or its representatives shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to goods arising from natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, fire, riots, or acts of sabotage. To mitigate such risks, customers are strongly advised to insure their consignment.
2. We do not undertake electrical, carpentry, or plumbing tasks. These services may be arranged based on staff availability and will incur additional charges.
3. While we take utmost care of your belongings, individual insurance policies or receipts from the insurance company will not be issued directly by us.
4. Storage facilities are available at competitive rates. However, loading, unloading, and local delivery services are billed separately.
5. We request customers to provide prior notice of 3–4 days to ensure seamless and timely packing arrangements.
6. A 25% advance payment is required on the total service amount to confirm the booking.
7. Additional items not listed in the original inventory may be included, but extra charges will apply for such additions.
8. For vehicle transportation, the car must contain a sufficient amount of petrol or diesel before handover.
9. Corrugated boxes used during local shifting must be returned on the same day. If returned the following day, additional charges will apply.
10. Extra fees will be applicable if our packing team is required to visit the customer's location again the next day due to customer convenience.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the consignment has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
For refunds following a valid cancellation, customers must contact our support team and provide necessary proof for verification.
Pricing is determined based on the specific nature of services requested, including volume of goods, distance, and additional service requirements. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
